Hi there, I am the founder of Balanced Breath and a certified breathwork practitioner. 

People often ask me how I got into breathwork. Well... it started with meditation many years back when I wanted to calm my mind. I studied the latest research on such methods and noticed many publications on breathwork. I breathed to a few pre-recorded online videos but couldn't connect with it. A couple of years later, I had an opportunity to go to an in person Conscious Connected Breathwork session. I had a very profound experience and knew straight away that I needed to professionally study the breath and to offer to others... and this is where Balanced Breath started.
